I've created a Track Record - now what?
Welcome! By having a MusicHy.pe account you get a chance to interact with bands, collaborate on music and designs, and also win some very cool competitions. See what's on here!. As a bonus we also hook into web services that make up the online music eco-system like LastFM, Twitter and others. Start adding services to see how it works!
Were do I go to add more services (YouTube, Flickr etc) to my Track Record?
Visit your services page. The more services you add the more useful your Track Record becomes and the more Notes you earn.
I've added a bunch of services - now what?
Start exploring our community - we've got some amazing members who love music videos, tracks, tweet about bands and in general love music across the web. If you find someone you like you can "follow" them.

I've started following people - where can I see what they do?
Go to your Track Record and click the green button [Switch to people I follow] Ta da - you can see what everyone's been up to.

What are Notes?
As a MusicHy.pe member you earn Notes by doing things like tweeting about us, entering competitions and other fun things.

I've entered a competition. How do I check if I did it right?
Go to your entries page and review that everything is correct. Got a problem with your entry? Talk to us on our forum :).
How do I share my entry and get lots of votes?
You've got a special sharing button. Use it to make sure your entry is always #1 when you share it

What are affiliates?
Affiliates are partners we've hooked up with in our shop. We're all about supporting other businesses and working with them. However, we've got a few custom goodies we sell directly to you :)

How long does shipping take?
If you've used one of our affiliate partners they will have their own shipping times. Just check your email receipt. If you've bought something directly from us it usually takes 5 working days for us to pack it up and put it in the mail - we're a small team and ship once a week :) If you pre-ordered something we'll flick you an email when they've arrived at our office so you know when to expect it.

How does ranking work?
Ah ha - good question! We've tried to make it as fair as possible by randomly showing all entries equally.
