1. The purpose of this website is to reward and recognise music fans who show appreciation for the bands they love. It welcomes anyone who wants to join in and have fun.
2. You are encouraged to create a free Track Record to share what you do to support music and bands.
3. Anyone can join MusicHy.pe by providing basic contact information (name, email address, password). Once you're a member please feel free to add services to your Track Record, meet other music fans and have fun!
4. MusicHy.pe is looking to connect like minded fans with each other and with bands. Flaming, name-calling, obscenities and insults are not cool, so don't do it. All other suggestions, ideas and music trivia welcome!
5. Please respect our members. Do not pester them, game them or spam them in any way.
6. Please respect the law, especially the laws of your country and New Zealand which apply to this service. Do not post copyrighted material (unless you own the copyright) or attempt to engage in illegal behavior of any sort.
7. MusicHy.pe reserves the right to remove any comments or content from the site, for any reason and without prior warning.
8. MusicHy.pe links to other online services and takes no responsibility or liability for these other sites.
9. If you violate these terms, or otherwise act disrespectfully, disruptively or illegally on MusicHy.pe we reserve the right to terminate your membership, at any time, and without prior warning.
